I think maybe they staff one person once a week or something...I emailed them with a question hmmm about 4 days ago now and havent heard anything form them..just horrible. But, the fact that they did remember to send me a new promotion and not answer my question I thought was hilarious..

    That is actually kinda funny. I always thought support was really good when I played there, but that was about a year ago. Too bad things seem to have gone downhill in that department.

    I bet lol, I just read the stories about your bankroll play from $36 to 45k ...very nice!! If i made that much money any site would have the best support in the world even if they didnt answer any of my questions lol :)

    I had emailed them regarding my bonus when i signed up w/ them a couple weeks ago, i promptly got a response the next day around the same time....any chance it didnt go through? i'd send another email just in case
