Freeroll madness

Captured my 14th weekly round 2 sattellite ticket on Pokerstars.Been collecting tickets and haven't used one yet.I set my goal at 15 and am only one more away from achieving it.Have won tickets in different games spread out over the last year.Freerolls are the most difficult because the players aren't that good...relying on luck verses skill.If you freeroll on Pokerstars it is the best place to work out all the kinks in your game.Practice makes perfect...be creative...try new strategies...there are more tourneys there than anywhere else.Going after # 15 after i post this!

While I like playing freerolls to pass the time and pokerstars does offer a nice wide variety of games now...if anything it will add kinks to your game. It's tough to go from playing the worst poker ever where 90% of the field don't give a shit to playing real poker.
I was playing one the other day....9000 entrants.....72 move on.....we were at about 120 left. I had top pair (Jacks) with just the river to come....I went all in...he had about the same chip count with a few extra...neither of us were on the ropes chip wise...but there were some chips in the pot and I wanted to end it....he calls and turns over queen high (no draw) and hits his queen. 'Nobody' would ever make that call in real poker. Play too much of this idiot poker and it will start messing with your real game.

Yes the freerolls are really frustrating now for that reason.
