Villian "read" - He pushes mid pocket pairs like this, can't discount premium pocket pairs or hands either. I had him earlier with JJ vs his 88. I think he has medium pocket pair again this time.

  • i agree with wetts, unless your getting robbed (then racing ANYWAY) your well behind, 77 isnt fantastic, but if thats what your looking for its only $1.50, you will get a better spot....AK is a must here to even think about your snapping off then hoping to chop or take the race
  • I see. Its pretty obvious after seeing the numbers. Villain had 66 and nothing improved. I figured I had better odds based on my limited experience with playing similar pocket pairs.

    I really thought better of it all soon after I called. But it was too late.

    Stupid followup question. Since I have much to improve on with figuring odds, are some of the program tools there good for providing this info in real time? Or is this something I need to learn the old fashioned way?

    Oh.and thanks for reply even if it seems likea no brainer for most of you.
