Seriously, let's celebrate breasts more! I was born in Guelph, the hometown of the topless women movement, and yet, 15 years later, I hardly see anyone exploiting this right!
Having been to various Carribean destinations, many with an equally liberal view of female toplessness, I can only state that the vast majority of women who would consider taking advantage, shouldn't. The same goes for an even greater majority of the men.
