Poker Room/Club in Toronto area?

I will be in Toronto (staying in Markham area) this week for business and trying to find out if Toronto has any poker rooms/clubs? I am from the states and not sure what Toronto has to offer. I know there is a Casino at Niagara Falls area but looking for something closer to the city. Thanks!

    Welcome.
    Fallsview or Casino Niagara at the Falls. Rama in Orillia. Any card room in Toronto is Illegal just so you know. Ontario does not have any legal card rooms in the province except for 3 major casinos , WINDSOR and the 2 I mentioned or the Smaller Charity casinos which only offer limit poker, BJack Carribbean or whatever else.
    Someone here may be able to lead you in the direction of a club but you would be playing at your own risk.

    there are 100s of undeground poker rooms running 24/7 in the GTA.

    If you have a car and are staying in Markham, I would suggest VIP poker meetup group. Roger hosts 1/2 on Weds and Sat nights from his home. He also has a tournament on Sat nights. Very close to Markham and it starts early, which is good. Check out his meetup group. Last week he had 3 tables running by 9pm.
