Canadian Poker tour events in Ontario

Hey,

What's up with the fact that there seems to be hardly any CPT events in Ontario? Are the casinos dragging their feet or is the Ontario government being assholes as usual. IT would be certainly nice to see a few more events here. It is very Western heavy at the moment.

    Speaking of Canadian Casinos being assholes. Did you know you can't use a card protector at Brantford!! Likely some card marking going on, but the response is a bit extreme.

    That is not exactly what I was looking for. I was just wondering why there seems to be a definite slant towards the casinos on the west coast vs Ontario. Is it because the organizers of the CPT are from the west coast, or is it because the Casinos here in Ontario are not really interested yet.

    magi i was told that they don't allow any metal card protectors, but you can use chips etc... as card protectors.

    i don't like it, but as a person who doesn't cheat using a card protector to mark cards etc... i'm glad they've taken that tool away from the cheats
