I would alter or eliminate the flourishes surrounding the moose graphic. On one side it looks like he is a tad gassy, on the other that he is spitting. If you could get it changed to a forest outline behind him, great. If not, go with the plain green.
I like the betting line idea, too. The rest is excellent.
You could also google the U of Oregon's basketball floor for an idea to steal. Basically the idea is that you are lying on the forest floor, looking up through a clearing in the canopy . . . sounds odd but it is quite striking.

Just eliminate anything to do with U of O, or the basketball court. Put your moose in the middle.
