Was sitting in second in chips last night with fourteen people left approaching the final table of the daily double b... until this happened...

on button with Q10 diamonds... make my standard min raise and get called by BB... flop... 10 Q K (two spades).. i bet, he calls, turn: 6... he checks, i bet, he calls... river 2... he checks, i make a nice value bet of 48k into a 250k pot, he snap calls, and tables k6

down to 208k

Next hand,

wake up with AA... UTG shoves for half a BB, next guy raises to about 27k, i make it 56k, he calls. flop: 2, 6 9 rainbow... (MAGIC!) i check, he checks... turn 4 i bet 78k, he calls... river, Q, i shove for my last 80k, he snap calls with 99 for a flopped set and im out

Only thing I would say is why min raise? You're begging to get every hand cracked if that is your standard raise.

min raise is ok late game.....if you can fold hands like aces when things get hot and heavy....:p

min raise is perfectly fine. Nothing you could really do just unlucky.

yah I like the CIB too, F him. That's gross, pretty sure I had a run like that to bust 10th in the FTP 163 a while ago. Sucks so bad to have like a fold to FT stack and the bubble, lol.
