  • Good Luck.

    I may pop in periodically.
  • I'm starting off with 3 entries. This will definately be the most fun ftops event and the only one I was looking forward to.
  • In for 2 bullets, might late reg the others.

and a spin of the chamber. :D
  • Great start for me. Had AA once, KK, twice and they all got paid off.

    160 / 13,720 - $13,720 in chips

Oh, and two bounties, for $40 - I'm freerolling now !
  • 8.5k, 1 bounty at break
  • $18,105 in chips - avg stack is $7054 - still 16,000+ runners in this thing.

Had JJ against 88 (all in) and made $4000 in that one hand.

3 bouties for $60 as well.

    umm, tough one Devon but what about, 66, 44, 63, 83, 93, 103, J3, Q3, K3, & A3?

Realistically probably only the 1st 2 and the last one since he raised but whatever..

Oh.. and I'm not folding either.. :)

Ya, ya I know. It did cross my mind, as soon as the turn hit, but there was so many other hands he could have that I beat, I had to try.

I just couldn't bring myself to fold to a stupid min raise.

  • Golf - those last 2 hands very very misplayed...
  • Played #29 yesterday, turbo cashout, I guess I didn't really understand what these cashout tournies really meant. Theres a whole different strategy to these. A guy cashed out in 7th for around $24k total including his 7th. 1st paid out $25k. Also for some reason 2 mtt regular cashed out right before the final table bubble. You also didn't make your money back until way later, 216ish paid out, you didn't get your $ back until 90ish. Can't remember what the cashout chips were worth. Anybody play these cashout tournies regularly?

He didn't "cash out" 7th if you mean that in the sense of a cash out tourney, but yea he got a huge part of the cash out prize pool. Basically the strategy is rape the final table bubble so you get a good portion of the cashout pool when you make it to FT. Essentially just play your normal mid-late game without ICM considerations (well there still are, but since half your $$ is based off of your chip count going into the FT, that's really important). So it's like a race to get chips for when 10th place busts. Also no one should be cashing out before FT afaik, I'm not sure which regulars cashed out, but they probably either a) weren't regulars or b) don't understands cashouts. Afaik your EV is always higher than your EV for cashing your chips out in any given situation.
