Side note: The Naga Viper pepper, about 5x as hot as a ghost pepper, has been weaponized by Pakistani police and military forces as a riot control spray.
I prefer the other green cap rooster hot sauce. Notice the visible chili flakes. This stuff is even hotter
Just bought my first bottle of this stuff. Where has this been all my life? Amazing sauce, can't wait to work it into my chilli recipe. Wanna coat some chicken wings with it also!
the bets thing about it is that it is hot without losing flavour . . . nothing worse that something being hot for the sake of burning your lips off and nothing more.

You're gonna love this stuff Johnnie, I've been using it for years but be careful with it. I've added a good two tablespoons (I don't measure stuff accurately if at all) full to a pot of whatever with enough whatever for my wife and myself and she found it pretty (too) hot. We talked about it the other day and if one was to be discontinued We'd rather it was the other one.
Don't add much fresh garlic to whatever you're cooking either. There's lots in this stuff.

Ok, so I was typing the other post out quickly while cooking and it came out sounding stupid.
What I meant to say was:
If I was adding two big tablespoons of the above noted to a pasta sauce, a curry, a stew or whatever... To a pot of a pasta sauce, a curry, a stew... With enough for two people, such as my wife and myself. That would be lots or too much.
If this particular garlic chilli sauce or the other chilli sauce in the squirty bottle were up for discontinuation, we'd rather the squirty bottle non garlic chilli sauce were the one discontinued.
We love this particular garlic chilli sauce type stuff shit thing stuff.

Have not had the itch to play on-line lately. I have been dabbling in the 2+2 play money home game, as the regs do try to play with some degree of normality. Might post for an EMT Stars swap in the next week or so if I get the itch to make a comeback.
Keep it simple son. Fire that stuff into everything you want to have some bite. First time out, I'd consider adding slightly less than you think you'll want. Personally, I'd have it in just about everything but you have to consider others. For some reason.

Bastards are messing with my life. Hoarding will begin tomorrow. I will sell for a huge margin when shortages approach.
