Hope everyone has a great holiday, gets to play a little poker (not too much) and just simply enjoys the season and all the grub.
Here at the ranch the baking has begun, the dogs have started scrapping for some reason (probably all the food everywhere!), favourite toys have been destroyed, the fire is burning nicely and all the necessary chores/shopping is done.... Time to bust into the booze and bacon wrapped queen olives!!!!

it's a link to NORAD, who have just confirmed that Santa has left Tanzania, and is heading to Uganda.
I love this part of the season. I remember my late Mom letting me come out of bed one year because the news said that NORAD was tracking Santa, and had him on radar. Still remember thinking that the F-4 Phantoms being shown on the TV were USAF planes, and not Canadian. The following year they used tape of CF-101 Voodoos and I was much pleased that Canadian planes were escorting the big guy.
Family. Friends. Good food. And alcohol. What more can a man ask for??

We got Homer the usual toys and treats. The tennis ball you saw on FB is from Kong. It's squishy and has a squeaker. Win!
I received my usual gifts of fuzzy pants, underwear and chocolate. Thank god I didn't find that Tolberone bar! I also got my 160gig iPod Classic. Wasn't a surprise as I bought it for myself 2 weeks ago. The wife stole it and wrapped for me. Saweeet!
