HOLY MONKEYBALLS . . . Now I know why people oil their chips. Did the Fitz chips first, and they improved because of it, but the difference in the PCAs was STRIKING. I did the rolling edge and the faces (AVOIDING THE INLAY), and YOWZA !!!
Not a huge difference to the base colour of the $1.00 chip, but the edgespots just POP. Ditto for the $0.50 chip (pink). The $5.00 chip is like a completely different chip, though. All the colours become so much richer and lustrous, it is truly remarkable.
Having said that, I could not imagine oiling moose's chip collection . . . that would take forever.
