    Why?

i put all my chips in the pot and then folded.
  • Wow, that's a pretty gross spot, I don't know what I'd do myself in that spot. I'm thinking I might shove the turn just cause there are a million bad cards for our hand and I think that's correct but I never know what I'd do if put to this decision right now

thats somewhat comforting lol. i just really didn't feel i had any fold equity and that villain had a weak ace or a monster when he limped, well tt-qq kinda thing. didn't want to clash with someone who could so readily take me out. if i felt he might fold i would shove the flop and take the flip....i feel like this is an icm spot akin to folding queens....otherwise i can't help but think i needed to shove the flop before i lose more fold equity on the turn...absolutely made me sick knowing i could like make 50 bux folding.

beat 2: dealt qq next hand.....:mad::mad:
  • Well if you think you're behind you should fold before putting the flop and turn bet in lol

so i shouldn't just call off 60% of my stack and then fold on the river?

    :p
  • I shove pre personally.
  • I shove pre personally.

    oh...my...lord! :o
  • Given your stack size and villains stack size, I am not letting him limp on my BB.

    1) Shove pre
    2) fold on the flop
  • I shove the flop after he bets. Pair + FD = awesomeness.

This, and shoulda called the river bet, op had Q,9 spades... I peeked...
  • Wow, didn't realize we had a flushdraw. I'm shipping the turn with just the 8 lol
