Here's the situation:

I'm dealt pocket 10's
Flop is 10c 9c 2h

My usually play here is a big bet to push everyone to fold so anyone with a potential flush either fold's or really has to pay for the next card. Is this the best play? Or would I be better to slow play to draw them in for more money, and see if they hit their flush or I get a full house??

draw heavy board, just value bet. 2/3 - 3/4 bet. Make them pay to hit their draw

When you say 2/3 - 3/4 bet, you mean 2/3 - 3/4 pot size?

Exactly right. If pot is 100, bet 65 - 75, depending on which you feel is more likely to get the job done.
