Player Points "decay"

Has anyone seen this on any site other than Betfair???
Once your Discount Rate has been calculated, your Betfair Points balance is reduced by 15%. This is known as the Weekly Decay. If you continue to bet at the same level each week, your Discount Rate will remain unchanged. If your Betfair Points at any time imply a higher Discount Rate, you will move to that rate immediately.

Even if you continue to play steady, they take player points from you...how ridiculous is this???

    Wow seems like bad business by them. Key to a business is to offer something that the competitors are not. Now they are offering less, actually penalising people for playing there. Doesnt seem smart to me.

    hahaha....the even better part of the "decay" is that they do it weekly on the accumulated totals...So, within 7 or so weeks, the original points you accrue, are all gone..this is like a second rake, no??

    I am working with one of their reps right now trying to explain how this just doesn't work..

    Another gooder.... they don't have the greatest deposit options if your CC doesn't work there..so they offer Entropay. Ok, Entropay charges you 5% to use their service, then, when you deposit to the site, they knock you another couple % for using a CC....LOL..charging you to deposit money on their site. Love that!!
