    Looking at screen shots like this is like watching only the last 5mins of Dexter. You see him stab the knife into someone's chest, but you have no idea of the who or what they did.

    Hand histories would definitely help. Painful to relive, but necessary to get full understanding of action.

    Coolers, nothing more... as wetts says, if they really bother you, then you are playing above your $$$ comfort zone.... Nothing to do with skill level, strictly bankroll related....

    ugh. Why do I head directly here after a bad beat? Cash game was only .50/1.00, so, not above my comfort zone really. The reaction is mostly based on a week of a massive roller coaster ride. Extreme highs and wicked lows. Mentally drained. I'm sure it's a result of playing way to much; probably 35-40 hours this week. Self banned for 3 months. Creates time to enjoy the season, time get off my ass and exercise, time to catch up on things that were being shoved to the wayside.

    yeah bottom line is, if you're feeling the way you are then you ARE out of your comfort zone, your BR should be ~3k if you're playing 100nl. Anyways, breaks are always great, and you'll come back refreshed, so enjoy.

    Yesterday, NL400:

    AhAd in EP, I make it $12, big fish in LP calls, BB 3bets to $42, I 4bet to $112, big fish CALLS again, BB shoves, I shove, big fish folds.

    BB flips over AsAc....you know what happened.

    Ship the $930 pot his way with the club flush. :(
