  • min-raises are the new "Black". All the cool hipsters are into it now . . .
  • Single Table Min raising I find goes on a lot. the $.25 360 2K starting chips
    the same.
NAPL shoots outs = shove fest as well as the first hour of NAPL $100 GTD

The was my First win on Poker Stars. woo hoo.
  • smokes are on you! assuming you win another one :)

seriously. I've been playing a lot in the last few days and it's going on very frequently. Maybe minimizing the damage from possible bad beats?
  • I find that it works really well as a bluff tactic as so many low limit people use it with monster hands thinking that they're genius by making that play. When people do it to me, I find it gives me awesome odds for any draw I have. Usually done with big A they've hit, QQ+ as overpair.

it's the Daniel Negranu effect. Everyone has read small ball strategy and think it applies just as well to cash or short stack tournies as it does to deep stack tournies....makes TJ suited the nutz as Cerb has found out as well
