What program do u use to get the torrents from,i have the files saved, but my old "torrentstorm" doesnt allow the transfers to start, what program do i need to get?

you need a bittorrent client to be able to download them. Theres plenty of different clients, this is the one I use. Basically download it then once you go to download a BT files open it using the BT program.
