  • I generally just look at the sun dial on my deck. :D

Do you have any suggestions, as I am looking into this myself?

    *oh, I feel awful*
  • i actually found this one off another forum called AnteUp apparently its free in the iTunes store and a lot of people really seemed to like it. Its also available for the iPad and iPhone which is good cuz i wanted to use it on my iPad, im gonna download it tonight and give it a try :D
  • web timer:

Blind Valet - ..Blind Structure Calculator and poker tournament clock

once it is created you no longer need to be connected to the internet.
  • any apps for recording your hands during a session? if you want to keep track of key hands? figured there must be one out there for this kind of thing?

This is looks like an example:

Blind Valet is great! I have Tournament Director which is awesome because you can customize everything including audio, etc.
  • tournament director is pay though isn't it? also, i prefer blind valet because it's a quick setup. 1 minute to set it up and you're ready to play, whereas with tournament director it takes much longer, but it's also more detailed.
  • Yep, TD I believe has a downloadable trial version but I paid for it because the guy who wrote it (Cory I believe) did a great job and offers good support on his website through the forum there.

And yes, it's much more detailed. You could spend days tweaking every possible item you can imagine. My favourite addition to my tourney was the addition of the audio intro for THX movies blended with the guy from boxing screaming "Let's get ready to rummmmmmmble!" Lame, but it makes me smile when I hear it.
  • Guys,

Clue in. The OP is looking for and iPhone/iPad TD.

And we were happy to have it!
  • A stick?!? Luxury, mate . . . our Dad beat us with is bare hands, as it was all he had.
