They're Nexgen "river poker tour" 12g chips with custom 80s guitar player labels applied.
The breakdown is:
220 $25 with George Lynch of Dokken on them
220 $100 with Eddie Van Halen of Van Halen on them
60 $500 with Richie Sambora of Bon Jovi on them
14 $1000 with Randy Rhoads of Ozzy Osbourne on them
They're very nice chips with a good feel and weight and they've got about 2 games worth of playing time on them.
