Hold'em Manager Question

Used the trial for HEM and liked it a lot, so created an FTP account through the get it free section of HEM and made my 250 FTP points ( at around 380 actually ) and clicked on link to confirm points, has been like 4 days and nothing yet.. Has anyone done this? How long did it take/should it take?

    Will you still be able to get 27% FTP rakeback, or did you give that up just to get free HEM?
