I was wondering for those who live west of toronto. I am thinking of relocating out that way, was wondering what the current rent is for a 3 bedroom house/townhouse is out that way...... thinking guelph milton georgetown area.....

BTW could you give me the names of the local papers so I could check the classifieds....

I am planning on go training it.... much as I do now however milton will save me an hour a day...

Actually I think with all the growth in Milton our avg age is is likely lower than in Ktch/Wloo and certainly than lower than in New Hamburg..

Typical townhouse rents for $1200-1300...
