i have 80 hands on him at 18/7/54. three bet 1 out 32

i'm less than 50% and have to fold no? JJ+, AK, aqs?

    It's really close. I'd jam though, sample isn't quite big enough, and buy-ins so low. At higher stakes a fold is probably in order, but I feel like the random spazz/overplay factor is way higher here. I imagine I could be convinced that a fold is fine too but my gut feeling is that folding AK at these stakes with <50BB is no good.

    im really starting to get it, funny i think i am more adavanced in someways than i should be and soo far behind in other ways. but now that im starting to do this kinda thing properly things are adding up well. i couldn't understand how you guys talk about over 50 bbs.....meanwhile i would fold an all in call with qq cause i wanted to pick a better spot cause i figured he likely has aces. i wanted to be them on the river.

    here your answer show me i understand whats going on and how why its close. i do have to through some bluff in his range. i realize now from your post im throwing away other situations at 20 30 bbs i need to start calling......

    darbday, you don't only need to throw smoe bluff in there, but you need to throw in hands you beat, hands you flip, and KK which you still have a 33% chance.

    Although his 3bet is small (1/32) You can still hold this to 99+ AQs+. Even the tightest players will bluff about 5-10% of the time. With your stack size the decision is easy.

    Remember, villian can only hold AA and KK 1 of 3 ways when you have AK, and QQ 1 of 6 ways. If there's a chance that villian is bluffing or will 3bet hands you dominate (AQ etc.), it makes the ship +ev.

    k bluff is the wrong word i think we mean weird hands. no one actually does this to get me to fold cause there's a whole table to act here. i really think for this hand that villain has to over value his hand to make this bet if its not jj+ ak aqs. so we can add some pairs and ajs maybe but not much else makes sense.

    we've stretched the range to give us 50% but we only have 3bbs in the hand and i really think he showng the top of his range most of the time here.....that can happen right?
