If I have any advice for you in terms of communicating with them Philli it's the following... Remain calm and be patient. DO NOT hit the send button on any email to them without taking several deep breaths and rereading anything you send them.
As you know there are thousands of threads about dealing with security on 2p2, and they almost always involve someone going ballistic which in my opinion does nothing but exacerbate the situation and create suspicion.

FT is similar as per 2+2... If you had $100. in your account prior and received $100. from a player transfer making $200. in total, you would only be able to withdraw $100. If you had only $50. in there previously then you would only be able to withdraw $50. I believe this is because of 3 reasons, preventing scams, money laundering and because they we're tired of offering free banking services.
In short Philli all of the sites have really tightened up as far as withdrawals go. Much more security. I don't believe that Tilt is any more/less restrictive than Stars...

When my accounts got hacked Stars was the only site to stop the transfer before it went out of the account. FT sent the transfer but managed to yank it back, only because I was able to notify them in time. Absolute hahahahaha gonzo. gl with UB.
If someone had hacked reibs account and sent the transfer you can be damn sure he would be glad they wouldn't let you withdraw too.
I agree with Comp 100% about it being offensive, and I'm taking out the borderline. If you want to be somewhere that those comments are ok, this isn't the place. As for the Pokerstars stuff, I agree with you that it sucks but I agree more with Moose that it's great they are careful with your money. Bank did this to me a couple of years back. I went to BC for the BCPC, didn't mention to them I was going on vacation. They saw a bunch of money being pulled out of my account from a casino, said "ummm... what the hell?" and froze the account. It was a huge pain in the ass for me, but I would rather they were too careful with my money than too loose.
Ok, so now all of a sudden pokerstars security is all over me asking why i am cashing out my money!!!!.
So I already had some funds on stars from a deposit I made a week ago, clearance period has past no charge back or anything like that and I played a lil bit during this period, so due to some expenses that are coming up I have to withdraw it again plus what I had on full tilt, so as per my transfer thread I was trying to avoid a fees hit on full tilt so that was why I was asking for anyone who can transfer.
So transfers are completed and I go try and cash out and security emails me saying players transfers can't be cashed out, so I am like shit!, so they cancelled the withdrawal, so reibs and I transfer funds back to each other.
So I still have my own funds on stars, so I try and withdraw that which everything should be o.k. in that respect, security places it on hold and asks why I am withdrawing!!!!, maybe cause it is my fucking money!!!, so I emailed them back saying I have some bills coming up and I need to withdraw and I need this released.
Still waiting for there answer but I have never had any charge back's or anything wrong with my stars account ever!!! I asked why all of this holds and such all of a sudden as well.
If they don't allow me to withdraw my own dam money!! I am not sure what I am going to do:-\.
This just makes me hate stars even more.
As for full tilt side, they let me withdraw right away and it was in my instadebit account right away and this is why I love full tilt.

If you can't get your scanner working, should be numerous places that can scan docs for you.
I eeked it out, whew!!! I will have to look around and see if I can get a new usb cable, I might have to go right to the manufacturer cause I am not sure if you can just go pick up a printer usb cable from just anywhere(cue moose here,lol)
