Four hour wait to get on a table.

Two weeks ago I had to wait 4 hours to get on a table at Branford.
In the summer I am going to throw my tweleve man table in the back of my truck, go to Branford and put my name on the list. Then start up a game out on the public sidewalk. Everyone welcome.

I was in Bratford on Sunday and I was the 35th person on the list for 5/10. I obviously didn't stick around as they only had 27 stea available.

Longest I've ever heard someone wait at Brantford was 6.5 hours. But that was back when Brantford only had four tables (two 5-10).

Also speaking of long waits, one time I was playing with a seat open at my table, and they kept calling the *same* player on the waiting list. I kept track, and they called only one player for 40 minutes, and he was given "last call" 4 different times.

It's so refreshing when you go to Vegas and the brush somewhat apologetically says it might be a 10 or 15 minute wait.

Had a 3 hour wait for 2-5 at Rama 2 saturdays ago. (think there were 2-30 ahead of me, and by the time i got seated more than that after me)

As an aside, what do you guys to do to kill time while you wait? I know a lot of people who go to play blackjack, end up losing a buncha money, and not having enough to play poker!

I bring my Gameboy and play for a bit...what do others do?

I bring my little mp3 walkman thingy and listen to some tunes until I get paged.

I had never been to b&m casino so I basically watched all hte 2-5 tables through the window so I'd have some sort of read on the tables if I were to sit down. You wouldn't catch me playing anything vs. the house to kill time (or money)

I waited at least 2 hours last friday at 10pm for 2-5 at rama, Tonite (thursday) the wait was no longer then 20 minutes, that was at arond 8pm
