Headin down to South Florida and can't take the sun for a full week so I will need to satisfy my poker urges instead.
Anyone know the best poker rooms or if they are even worth visiting?

Wow. Welcome back longtime member.

The biggest one is going to be the hard rock in tbay. The rest are mostly dogtracks with small casinos on the side. Watch out, some are in bad areas.

And looks like West Palm beach may be the biggest at 60 tables.. Me thinks a trip to Florida may be in the works this winter....

Thanks for the tips fellas. I've disovered my hotel is real close to Isle Casino/Pompano Park and looks to be a big room with all games including my fav O8B. Can't wait. I'll post some details when I get back.
I've been living off the grid, hence the long absence from the forum, but am now back to being a degenerate poker player!
