playing with one card face up...

So yeah, last night at the Big Slick Poker Tour, as a bounty, I played with one card face up...dealers choice. If the dealer didn't flip one as they dealt, I got to choose.

That is an interesting way to play...let me tell ya. I wasn't getting shit for cards..mostly every face up card was between 2-7...unless I had choice..then I flipped a broadway. A bit....ok, a lot of bluffing won me a couple pots..but dammit I couldn't get the free players to think past first level..lol "I know, that you know, that I have top pair...I also know you are still betting implying that you can beat top pair...and I am still reraising you...what does this mean?"

ah well, it was fun...

    I played a Red Hot Poker tour game and I didn't look at my hole cards until the 3rd level. I think it improved my game LOL, people couldn't believe how lucky I was but they kept folding.

    I might just try that next time..only I won't tell them I am not looking..lol work on my positional game.

    I didn't tell anyone I wasn't looking, I just played my position. Folded to me on the CO/button, I'm opening any two cards and c-betting.
