    moose, I think you have a great grill there. But I really question whether you want to use clay chips over you burners to even out the heat. I mean, I know they're clay, but they're awful samll. I have to believe that they will not be able to withtand the heat, and will crack fairly quickly.
    Besides, cleaning them for the evening's tourney will be a bitch, no?

    Not yet but I have a lot of propane to burn through still anyways.

    I'll get Al the Gas Man to come out next week. The BBQ box came looking like it literally fell off the back of the truck so several pieces were bent and I got Napoleon to courier me out a new caster and also replace a damaged side shelf.
