i'm going to vegas for a stag and was wondering what wouldbe the best way to book it.
package deal or just get a flight and book a room down there.

    Book flight and hotel seperatly, I did this last time and worked great. With a package you don't save that much. And cannot use and comps on the room.

    If you're planning on staying downtown (Binion's, Golden Nugget, etc...) I've been told that the Four Queens is a good, clean, affordable place to stay. I've never been there myself though.

    I've stayed at the four queens twice. Good rooms, and one of the nicer casino's downtown. If you are playing lots of poker, stay at the Imperial Palace. They give you $3 comps for every hour of poker that you play, so you can pay off most of the hotel room expesnses that way, not to mention how much money you can make of all the retards at the tables!!!

    i just went to las vegas for the first time last weekend...

    don't know where you are coming from, but www.allegiantair.com has really cheap deals, if you can get yourself to one of the locations (we drove to bellingham from vancouver)...

    we stayed at http://www.boardwalklv.com/pages/promotions.asp The Boardwalk and it was dirt cheap, $22 a night for a 2 bed room...their rates go up slightly once you hit the new year, but they have many nights that are still quite cheap....the rooms were nice enough, no complaints; the big selling point was its location...its right close to bellagio, aladdin and new york, new york

    i also went to vegas last week from vancouver. I got a plane ticket for just under 250cdn return direct. www.travelocity.com I stayed at the bellagio, which is really nice, but expensivo.

    downtown is too far away from the action ,stay on the strip.
    americawest ,or jetsgo have cheap flights.
    you can get poker room rates at the mirage,bellagio.
    also a bit off the strip the orleans has a nice poker room and the most affordable.
    flamingo,imperial,harrahs.on the strip across from mirage and bellagio good idea if you want cheap but right in the middle of the action.
    also you should really try to get out to L.A even better than vegas...
