Anyone else get alot of offers from Harrah's?

Most recent one the folks got is a 100k prize pool poker tournament and they were giving free entry to it, My dad was telling me about it so don't know all the details but something about being rebuys and if you win you also get a seat into the wsop. Also the usual free nights stay,etc etc.


But speaking of that, anyone else hear the rumours they are trying to sell the rio and the wsop may move after this year?

    Haven't heard anything about the rumours you mentioned, but I do get lots of email offers from them. Almost once every few days.

    the rio is up for sale as of yesterday, two companies are looking st it right now. price ag is somewhere in the neighbourhood of 500 million US. Not sure about the WSOP moving though but Harrahs just bought Planet hollywood.

    Let the waiting games begin, in the mean time enjoy this year at the rio as I will, could be the last.
