Both are entirely made up of clips from his original Community Cable 22 Ottawa show. Very raw. Very funny if you like Tom Green. Probably his best work. There are lots of good segments on each DVD. Some of my favourites (that I could find on YouTube):

That "Where are you going" skit is still one of the funniest things I've ever seen. His show was incredible up until he got bought by MTV then it just went downhill.
