I started playing on PKR back in 2006, made 1 deposit with Neteller and ran awesome, cashed out a bunch of times. Couple years later, I moved, had issues with the program running with my router so cashed out and stopped playing there.
Now, I can get the program to work, and would like to start playing there again. I load up my account, and when I try to deposit it says:
"Your access to this functionality has been restricted"
I contacted their live chat support and all they said was they would look into it and send me an email.
Anyone else ever have this problem? Im thinking it might be because I havent played there in a while, or havent made a deposit since 2006? Or maybe because my Neteller account doesnt exist anymore because they cut off Canadians for online gambling (how rude!). Its been an hour and still havent gotten an email from them, who knows when they will get back to me.
