Sweat Session
I thought this deserved a new thread and was brought up in the micro ring game thread. STR82Ace brought it up. Surprised I haven't come across this earlier as I've been involved with poker quite a bit. I just can't sift through everything on 2+2.
I have just now heard of this and learned a bit more on it w/ some googling. I just want to know the proper etiquette for sweat sessions.
So you just follow someone play and discuss plays on Skype?
Anyone try a sweat session with something like Dimdim where you can basically hold a meeting and share "workspace" or your screen?
Thoughts on conspiracy? haha.

I've done individual and group sessions. I've found the individual sessions are more player specific while the group sessions debate more theory than anything else, but I haven't done too much of either really.
I more enjoy having a reg player at a slightly higher limit than me sweat my play and comment after the session. He can ask questions to get your train of thought during a hand, but normally does not assist you during play. Afterwards, its Q&A between you both. Makes you think differently about the play.
My personal perference is one on one or small group of four or five. Any more than that, the discussion gets abit confusing, even over mic/speakers.
I'd be willing to organize a small group of members for micro NL cash games, if interested. My Skype is STR82ACE, just add me and whenever you see me online, just flag if interested in sweating one another, or if we get a small group, we can arrange weekly time to get everyone together.
