BRAG-But I feel bad-Kinda

Ok, in the same night as my AK being Cracked by 22!

I was at a very tight table and was very card dead. I was on the button and was dealt 7-2 for the 5th time in the hour. It's checked around to the sb and he raises $10, he was a tight player so I was sure he had a really decent hand.

The flop comes 7-2-Q. The SB checks and I make a pot sized bet and he instantly shoves, I call even quicker and watch him turn over AA.

I flip over my 7-2 and he gasps, the turn and flop don't help him at all and he just stares at his bullets in an attempt to will a winning hand. He leaves in a huff, and the table is very silent.

The story has been going around the casino for a few days.

I felt really awkward to be honest.

AK does not get "cracked" by 22.

That was the first thing that came to mind.
(I can imagine AK hitting a flop, and 22 catching up on the river or something, but still, I don't think "cracked" is the right word)

    As for the 2-7 story...

Proud? I am kinda neutral about it. I had position and he raised his pocket aces a measly $10, then he shoved all in after I bet the flop.

Calling 7-2 is not something I do normally, and would rarely do again.

And you are right, AK doesn't get cracked by 22, I didn't word that right, and I am totally aware that I lost the money because of my foolish decsision. I was hoping that it was obvious that I was poking at myself during that thread.

Normally when I play, I am very tight, in this case however I was so frustrated with the cards I was being dealt, I was calling in hopes of stealing a pot.
