Yep, I think it was just last season when he had a huge blood clot that dislodged and sent him to the hospital. As I remember he was going to stop crab fishing after that.
Personally I love Deadliest Catch. Not sure why as I usually hate reality tv stuff. At least this one's exciting and scary at times. One of the first shows I've seen where they introduced you to a series of personalities (boat crew), and then they all actually die mid season due to capsizing. That was pretty sad and I remember I couldn't believe it was actually happening when we were watching it.
