Well it isn't really needed but just wondering why I am not allowed to have a signature. Do I need to reach a certain activity level first?

    get 10 posts and become a full member, try again, and then check back.

    It might be a setting to stop spammers from coming creating an account with a signature but never contributing. Not 100% sure... Scoops should be able to help.

    Try contributing 10 posts cause you need that to turn on pms so probably sigs too.
