Worked out well, I figured one of them would have led out with the draw on the turn. If one of them reraised it, I think I would have had to call.

Not alot of people here have the ability to C/R a flush on the river so you have the effective nuts. It looks like a value bet though. I maybe bet a little more to make it look like a bluff.
