My First Tell

I have posted before about a local cash NLH game that we have. I gets pretty wild some nights with up to $8000 on the table. Anyways I was playing there this past weekend and was sitting on about double my buy-in. I was in a pot heads up with a regular player that is known to be very aggresive. I know that he loves to go all-in when he is short stacked (less than a $100) with marginal hands to try and double up. I have 45s in late position and it is raised to $10 by Mr.Young in early position there is two callers plus me to see the flop. The flop comes Ac4c9h Mr.Young bets $10 and its folded to me, I decide that he can pretty much have anything and call to see if he shuts down on the turn. Turn comes 7c and Mr.young checks and I check behind him. River Ad and Mr.young goes all-in. I know Mr.young loves to use his stack in these situations and I also know that if Mr.young had the case A he probablly would have bet it on the turn no matter what his kicker was, so I call with my huge pair of 4's and Mr.young shows a flush draw and a very confused look as to why I called him. When Mr.young went all-in I also noticed that he stared right at me the whole time I was contimplating the call.
As the night went on I watched Mr.young like a hawk and noticed a trend on his all-in and large bets. He would either stare at his apponent or look away and sometimes start converstations in a no worry manner. I finally got the chance to see some of his hands that where called when he was looking away and not worried and sure enough he had a very strong hand.
After this I had him all night. I call his large bets with JJ and two paint on the flop. I even felt he had me on one hand and fold two medium pair, I didn't get to see what he had but I was sure he had me.
I have read Caro's book of tells and kind of put it in the back of my head but never really thought it would be something that I could rely on until now. I took Mr.Young for about $350 Saturday and now I'm looking for my next victom.
I just hope he does'nt post here.
Let me know if anyone else has some tells.
