Anyone use pokercharts.com?

Just came across this well looking for some info on tracking stats etc. I have downloaded poker tracker but to date haven't done anything with it. Pokertracker seems pretty complicated so I am not sure if I will stick with it. Is it worth using pokercharts at all?

Thanks
Jay

  • I can't recommend PT highly enough. It looks a little daunting at first but that is mainly because of the incredible depth of the program. The help file is very easy to use and very comprehensive. This is one of the few pieces of software that I have ever paid for and it paid for itself in about 24 hours.

PT will show you holes in your game you never knew you had. Plus you can get real time updates on all the players at your table overlayed right onto the client window, kinda like a heads up display.

The learning curve is a little steep but it is worth it.

  • Pokercharts is good but much d :banghead: ifferent from pokertracker. I downloaded poker tracker but could not get very far with it since I am a little bit "computer dumb". I email PT support and told them I need help getting through it all and they replied with just the next step. I then gave up unfortunately. I lose patience when I have to ask someone more then once to help me give them my money...
  • I use Pokercharts, and think it is a good tool. It will only give you data on your results though, not your actual play. I think Pokertracker and Pokeroffice will do that. Give it a shot, it doesn't cost anything...
