WSOP Academy
Ok, so one of our BSPT players has won a trip for two to Vegas with a seat in the Academy...(one of the choices of prizes)..but...he is trying to figure out whether or not the academy is worth it...
Has anyone attended this academy? Or know someone that has? What level of play should one have or maybe be below?? to have this academy do them a decent amount of good? It seems that there is only one pro per session, with some helpers...
Thoughts anyone?

In my experience, every time I have left with something new to work on or work into my game.
And, as previously mentioned, Joe Navarro alone is worth the price of admission. Joe is a genius, and has helped me personally. Usually the cast of instructors is balanced enough that it`s almost impossible not to find someone that speaks to your own style of play....
I think he is part of it. When he spoke at the poker expo in Toronto I think he was also helping promote the WSOP Academy and his book.
Also, his profile is here:

I'll ask my daughter to do it for me. I have NO idea how to do it.
Damn...feel like Milton Slim all of a sudden
Sheeesh . . .
AND WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO VINYL 45'S??
Remember the yellow things for the centre of the 45's. Three curved arms, and it had a specific name, too. I remember throwing one in my brother's birthday card on his 45th, couldn't find one for the wife's.
This is going to drive me insane all day long . . .
I always called them Spiders....not sure if that's the name you are looking for. My buddy who collects vinyl (serious collection) just calls them 45 adapters.
