Maximizing pot when you flop the nuts
I've been playing a lot of .25-.50NL ring games with 6 to 10 people lately and have run into a problem of not being able to really cash in when I catch a great flop, primarily when there are high cards on board.
I've tried many different approaches, slowplay, hesitated calling, aggressive re-raises, and mixed it up according to my position, etc. but people bail pretty quickly when they see me in a hand where there's A's of K's up and we are hitting 4th or 5th street.
I usually have a tight aggressive game where they only see me playing a hand or two each orbit. I tend to join tables where there are 60%+ seeing the flop. The only time I have had success at cashing in is when I'm in one of the blinds where, they really have no idea what I've came in with.
Thanks for any help here!

Well for me on Ultimatebet, again I have no idea where you are playing so I am not sure of the talent at your site. But on UB I slow play like you were saying that you did and let the competition bet into me and then I reraise. I play mostly SNG's though so it could vary.
One peice of advice I would give to you is try and bet just a tiny tiny amount and see if they think that you are just trying to steal the pot because of how small your bet is. They might reraise in this position holding a middle pair or draw, and then you can reraise them. I dunno, I did it a couple times and it worked out okay for me.
Just my 2 cents though.
Play the hand as if you had different hole cards. So say you flop a set of Ks, play the hand as if you had say QQ in your hand. Put out a tiny bet that says, i wonder if anyone has a K or A. Now if no one calls, you likely weren't going to get any action anyways. But if someone calls, i go possum and just try to get them to do the betting for me. It won't always work but if you can make your betting look like a differnet hand than the one you hold, it can trick the thinking player
Its not the gospel but its how i would play it.
