I have both the regular Hold'em and the Tournament Hold'em software. The Tournament version is definitely not as pretty as the Turbo Hold'em, and appears to be much older and rougher in design. It has some good customizables, including all manner of tournament formats, numbers and opponent skill level.
The program plays quite well, and has seemed to have improved my play some over the last year, based mostly on my online tournament results.
The biggest drawback is that it does not have any of the analysis add-ons that Turbo Hold'em has (no Sidewinder Sid). It does however allow for a some very good statistics tracking.
I like it and use it fairly regularly when I catch myself changing my playing style or strategies or if I have a bad run of tournaments.
