If I stand alone, alone I will stand. There will be Charity Organizations that will run Poker Events for small rakes in Ontario before I go all-in.

Thanks Milo and the two others that have joined the Meet-up group. I would like to let everyone know that joining the meet-up group will not give you a deluge of emails from a raddicle group. At best once a month I will update the meet-up member on information as we develop a plan.

'bout freakin time. I was going to play an event in NewMarket last weekend that was going to be a SAT to the Blue Heron $500 buy in tourney. There were some extra payments that went to a local charity as well but a well structured event for the players. Well one tool complained and the Alcohol and Gaming commission shut it down.

I play a tourney that the a service group puts on monthly where the re-buy goes to their charity fund which has committed a few hundred K to the Hospital on Hwy 9/404. Great tourney and crappy to think it could be shut down if some dim wit complained about it.
