Length Of Session

So, in talking with my wife about the regular game I play in, she was wondering about the length of time that our game goes. Last night, it was only 7 hours. Usually, it can go 10+. Is this how your live cash games go or are we all a bunch of freaks?

    I think you are asking how long we play a live session? I like to play max six hours usually just because of other commitments but at the top of the scale, I think 8 hours is my max before I start to make careless mistakes. Longest session was likely 15 hours in Vegas (of course). I don't usually see home games going over 10 hours with friends.

    Any casino trip from KW is usually a +6 hour session, just to make the drive worthwhile. At least for me.

    Most home games are between 4-5 hrs for a weeknight and +8 hrs on the weekend.

    Unless Zithal host a 24 hour game :D

    The problem is that most cash games in the GTA dont even get started until 9-10PM so anything over 6 is getting a little rid. imo.

    agreed; luckily a few clubs are starting to realize this and now offer games starting in the afternoon. There is a 2/5 game that starts on a Friday at 3pm, a 1/2 game that starts at 6pm on Thurs and 3pm on Saturdays. Works well for me because I like to finish my session by midnight usually.

    When I eventually build a bit more of a bankroll or, more likely, when I have some money I'm okay with losing, I'll have to come play in a game with you guys.
