Heading back to Vegas in November
It has been an above-the-norm crazy, stressful few weeks at work and I think I have convinced my wife to let me spend a few days in Vegas in November 
... errr, I mean, to let my wife have a few quiet days at home to herself, I will give her some space and force myself to go to Vegas...
I was thinking of heading down mid-to-late November. The Venetian DSE is on and the main event is Nov 23 ($2,375 + 175 buy-in), with sats running on Nov 22. They have $300+40 and $500+50 events in the days leading up to the main event, plus the usual standard games at my other favourite casino rooms.
The other option was to head down in early November and maybe catch the WSOP ME final table... I'd rather watch them on Nov 7 playing down from 9 to 2 than the heads-up match on Nov 9. But it is probably just easier to watch the Coles-notes version on TSN.
I have not booked anything yet, as I need to ensure things go as planned at work. Looking forward to heading back... just love it down there... So much gambling, fun and beer packed into 4 or 5 days!
