Poker tracker question

I decided to buy poker tracker 3 today and I've managed to make it import hands as I play but I still can't get the HUD to run. Trying to make it work with full tilt right now, any ideas?

The support@pokertracker.com is wonderful, Email them and they will answer your question same day.
  • As well, there is a PT3 forum that usually has answers to pretty much any question that's ever come up about PT3. You should check over there.
  • Just 1 site or all sites?
Do you have the latest version? (Check the PT3 site)
Is the HUD configured to AutoStart? (Check the Auto Import Tab)
How many hands is the HUD set to use for a minimum?
  • Thanks for the responses, I'll keep looking into it today.

HUD works fine for ongame sites like betsson, I'll try everest tonight. Apart from the I do have the latest version, it does auto import and it's set to start the HUD from a sample of one hand.

Am I the only one having this problem. Does anyone else use the PT3 HUD for full tilt tournaments?
  • make sure you are importing the hh's from the correct folder on your comp. its usually like c:/program files/ftp/handhistor/username or something.
  • I'm doing everything right, it works for both ongame and everest as well as full tilt cashgames. Still curious if anyone is currently using the PT3 HUD for full tilt tournaments without any problems

    Confirmed.

It takes some time (2-3 minutes) to load though.
  • All good now =) Took me a lot of work to figure out that it didn't like my full tilt being set to Swedish ^^'
