Probably cause they are all fkn bots
I just got back from an online poker conference in Budapest and met with all of the poker rooms we work with and they all told me they will no longer pay PSO for players from Latvia and a few other countries because of low player value.
Basically, the poker players from these places are very good and will wait hours for the right hand. That means they don't generate a lot of rake and it makes those players less valuable to the rooms.
Therefore we will no longer be accepting Latvian players for any new promotions, sorry
