Poker Tournament at the Hockey Hall of Fame October 8th

Shoot For a Cure is putting on another celebrity poker tournament right amongst the exhibits inside the Hockey Hall of Fame... The last one was extremely cool...

  • the basic entry fee appears to be starting at $125; any idea how many players and the structure? looks like about 3 hours set aside for the tournament. Should a fun night.

    Last event was about 170 players, should be more this time. The structure is very flat at the beginning to give players a chance to play and experience it, and then slopes upwards more from the first break. It's a very fair structure with lots of time for everyone to play early on. (I designed it, though, so I'm biased!)

    Can you tell us what it is? Starting stack, length of levels, etc? Also are there any cash prizes or does all the entry fee go to the charity>

    The starting stack will be 2500 chips and the blinds will start at 25/25 with 20 minute blind levels. There are no cash prizes. That would be illegal....
