i made $150or so, but that $1500 1st prize wouldve been so sweet

Comments

  • i guess this is just a normal occurance....

  • I'm glad to see your keyboard is still working - mine wouldn't be after suffering the same fate in that short a span that late in a tourney. Tough luck.

the_main - obvioulsy this one started at 3 am....does stars run any other $10 freezeouts - I find usually they run rebuy tourneys whenever I happen to be looking. Thanks.
  • theres one NL tonight at midnight which i'll be in(20+2) and there is a PL event at 11pm

i suggest you just sort the tourney by 'buy-in' and find the freezeouts that appeal to you

i find i play a lot better in freezeouts, i hate the wild play during rebuy periods
  • utter bs. I would have thrown my mouse and keyboard off the balcony.

Nice random hand generator pokerstars. the odds of you losing that twice all in preflop are'nt as bad as you think, but it is still retarded. I feel your pain.
I hate stars so much that i won't even play in the top 150 tlb player tourney next week.

Other than that, nice finish, a good effort im sure.

    peace

I hope you're joking HG. If not can I buy that seat from you? :)

    That's a lot of hate, HG. ;)
  • Dear PokerStars player -
Congratulations! You were one of the top 150 TLB winners for the first ten months of 2004, so you get to participate in the special freeroll, in which you can win a complete package to attend the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas, January 5-12, 2005.

The top NINE finishers in this freeroll are each taking a guest to the Atlantis for a week of fun, sun, and poker. The package includes an entry into the WPT event that we're holding there.

The freeroll is Saturday, December 4th at 3:00 PM Eastern time. You're already registered, so you just need to show up and play your best poker.

Congratulations on making the top 150 TLB finishers, and best of fortune in reaching the final nine in that event.

    Best regards,
    Lee Jones
