Hi i put in $100 into interpoker. I'm supposed to get a $90 bonus after i think 450 raked hands. Anyways I played around 540 hands. It's telling me that I can't withdrawl the bonus as well as my money yet? Does it need time to register or something before I can take it out? This is pissing me off. I hate crappy customer service.

I believe that you need to play 350 raked hands over .50. In my history with them they have provided fairly good customer service. Log in and go to 'talk with live help' and ask them how many more hands you need to play, they'll let you know.

The bonus releases right away once you've played your 450th raked hand. In my experience, it takes approx 600 hands to do it, but that depends on the types of tables you've been at. Usually they are pretty loose and most pots are raked, but sometimes you can go for a while at a tight table and not get very far towards unlocking the bonus.


Try contacting support... OR, if you want to do it yourself, the hand histories should be saved to your hard drive in a LOGS directory. If you can manipulate windows search to search in the text files for "Rake $0.25" "Rake $0.50" "Rake $0.75" etc, ,you can add up the # of games you've played that have been raked.

interpoker also requires a pin number ... so even if you clear the bonus you have to wait for them to physically mail you a letter with your pin # in it

You can actually save time by counting all the occurances of 'Rake $0.' , 'Rake $1' , 'Rake $2' and 'Rake $3'

The period after the Rake 0 will count all those quarterific rakes whle ignoring the non raked hands.

Also, on bonus whores somewhere is info on a tool you can download for free that calculates # of raked hands for you.If you are really antsy go there and ask someone where it is.I try to get all those euro bonus's every month but the ecash pin # stuff is a pain in the ass and I have become accustomed to just playing and patiently waiting it out.
